■ Tasting Note
100%"Hitogokochi"from Nagano Prefecture is used. The scent of rice derived from rice like shiratama dumplings is combined with the scent of muscat and Japanese pear to give a gorgeous impression. The fresh and fresh fruit scent is soothing, like when you bite a pear. You can also feel a creamy scent like almond tofu.
The taste is mild sweetness and mild acidity spreads in the mouth.
Along with the pear-like flavor, the voluminous feel unique to raw sake has a long finish.
We recommend chilling it in a slender wine glass such as a champagne glass.
