100% of Hyogo Prefecture's"Gohyakumangoku"is used, and it is named"Spicy"for a mellow and dry taste.
Junmai sake that is directly filled with sake that has slag left from the tank (a machine that squeezes sake). Even during storage at -5 degrees Celsius, it is fermented in a container and aged to increase its flavor, which goes well with cooking.
